My most recent acrylic paintings have been done on Wood Panels. It is wonderful to paint on such an organic canvas and to develop the painting using the grain of the wood. Unlike canvas, each piece of wood is different and I love having a unique foundation to create on. This painting is floated in a frame that was hand crafted and painted by the artist.
